Is it really only Tuesday?! It's been a busy weeke

Is it really only Tuesday?! It's been a busy weekend and week, and we've got a new pup 🐶 living in our household so things have been a bit insane on top of all things real estate 🏡! Some days are better than others, but to be completely honest, the last few years of go, go, go has been mentally and physically taxing managing a non-stop work life 💨. The good thing is that it's taught me to be discerning with my time, focus on what's most important and to celebrate my OCD, organizational tendencies that have allowed me to scale my time and business.

If you opened up my digital calendar 🗓 it's color coded, has addresses plugged in so I can get out and go and takes up my entire day! I block my calendar with things I want to accomplish, meetings and even social/downtime which I try my best to schedule!

This week I decided to test out a digital planner 📲 rather than paper to try and have less things to tote around and be able to utilize technology a bit more. How do you manage to keep your busy life in order? Have you tried a digital planner? I'd love to hear!

It's been a busy month, and we're only halfway through May! I've been able to help many of my clients in this shifting market 📉 and I want to share with you some ways that you can make this market work for YOU!

Yes, rates are going up. 📈 With one of my recent buyers we were able to utilize a LOCK AND SHOP 🔒 product so the rate can't increase as they are expected to over the coming months. It's a great hedge against the market and something not every buyer will do, so that gives us a HUGE advantage. ✅
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I was able to get TWO of our buyers a SELLER CREDIT to buy the rate down, saving them money 💰 and their monthly payment.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I was able to get my SELLER in contract in less than 24 hours ⏰. The home was listed for 14 days previously on market with another agent....the details are SO important!!

Do you know anyone who has dreamed of quitting their 9-5 to pursue their passion and create their own business, yet - they never take the leap? So many of us struggle with saving for retirement, losing the weight and building lives we truly are happy with. Why is that? It's my belief that most of us lack a clear plan of how to accomplish these things.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
As a real estate agent, I see this all too often when it comes to the dream of owning a home. Most people WANT to own a home, but they don't know HOW to make this a reality.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The answer to any uncharted journey is to seek the answers by asking questions, gaining knowledge and coming up with a plan! I've had clients that we plan for months or years before they buy AND, there is nothing wrong with that! You may not be ready right now; but gaining the knowledge and knowing what it will take is half of the battle to attaining your dreams.

Today, I challenge you to write down the following:
▪️What is the goal you want to accomplish?
▪️Why is this goal important to you?
▪️What is holding you back from attaining this goal?
▪️What questions do you have about reaching this goal?
▪️Who might you be able to talk with to help you answer the questions you have?
▪️What steps will it take to attain your goal?

Took a much needed vacation over the weekend and now back at it this week! So grateful for my team @helloookathyy and @laurazieglerrealestate for stepping in and helping me with some showings while I was out over the weekend!
